Delete your LLMate account and its data in two steps. Enter your email, then verify the code we send you.

This is permanent. Your account, synced prompts, boards, profile photo, preferences, AI suggestions, usage records and entitlement records will be deleted from our active database. We also request deletion of your RevenueCat billing profile.

Use the email connected to your LLMate account, including your Google email if you signed in with Google. No password or app installation needed.

A few things to know

  • Subscriptions: account deletion does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription to prevent future charges. You can delete your account regardless.
  • Timing: your cloud account is removed when verification succeeds. RevenueCat processes billing-profile deletion asynchronously.
  • On your devices: the website cannot erase offline copies. Clear LLMate storage in Android Settings → Apps → LLMate → Storage. In-app deletion also removes this account’s local library on that device.
  • Other records: payment records held by Google Play and provider security, diagnostic or backup records may remain under those providers’ retention policies. See our privacy policy.

If you cannot access your email or the code does not arrive, contact the developer using the support details on LLMate’s Google Play listing. Include your account email; never send your password or verification code. We may need to verify ownership before removing an account.
